Part-time FD services
This is a service that offers the expertise of a finance director or financial controller to growth companies without the high cost associated with having a full time senior professional. The utilisation of an adviser is flexible and up to the client - it can range from one day to several days per month, and from strategic level input to dealing with the detail of running the accounts. The service involves face to face meetings as and when required, but a lot can also be done by phone or email.
